Tomorrow I will start the 30-day challenge of W1K, and I'm still ambivalent as to choosing the theme of my pictures. My colleagues suggested math (of course - fellow math-teachers that they are) but I am unsure if it's variable enough to shoot each day for a whole month. Math can be applied to anything easily enough, but the pictures have to be crystal clear about it... we'll see...
I'm also thinking of doing abstracts - a much more variable theme as I can shoot almost anything that catches my eye. Hmmm, maybe... maybe... It would be cool to do that since I'm not really the type to go abstract, and I would get a lot of practice...
An other thing that I love to shoot is nature - especially macros, but that's my theme for my calender this year, so that's out of the equation (and there we have a very, very dry math pun haha ;), we math-teachers are certainly geeky, I know, I know).
My first thought was to shoot my pets, it's easily done - since they're super cute (duh! what mistress doesn't think that of her own pets) and they are available 24 hours a day. But that theme could get as repetitive as the math-theme I'm afraid... Tricky, tricky...
What do you all think? Or do you have a suggestion of you own? I'm all ears!
Tomorrow will tell which one I'll choose. I hope to see you then :)
