Today's picture is of Morris, wearing white gloves and a black coat. He's a very stylish gentleman who always wears black and white - it's a very elegant and timeless type of fashion.
Needless to say, after yesterday our cats have gotten even more hugs and kisses than usual. And, today's word meant I just had to shoot kitty legs :).
So here's Morris - not rolling around on the chilies this time, but sitting in our window, keeping robbers and highwaymen away. He's really good at that! I've never seen either! He must scare them away with his stern glare ;)

Whew... At least it's not Mr. stuck in his Halloween costume. ;)
ReplyDeleteVery clean shot and not just the legs! Black and white is such a great combination, and your Morris sounds a great character.
ReplyDeleteThank you, yes he is, in many ways :)
DeleteI won't even ask why you fear robbers and highwaymen in your neighbourhood, but I am glad that Morris keeps them at bay. Aren't kitty feet just so cute?!? They remind me of little boxing gloves with their curved and even shape... So sweet, and nice lighting for the high contrast areas too!
ReplyDeleteI don't really, it's just an inside joke between Mr and me haha, And we've never had to fear bandits, have we? Nope, not with such a fearsome watch-cat ;).
DeleteYes, kitty feet are super adorable! It's strange to think those fuzzy, cute little mittens contain such sharp claws :)
Cats and pets in general are such rewarding models when they choose to have their picture taken. Lovely detail in the black fur. The whites get lost a bit on that white shelf but I do like the whites as your background as it keeps the image minimalistic.
ReplyDeleteThank you, that was my though at well :)
DeleteHm. Cats. Yes. It's interesting how many great photographers lose all their knowledge when they take pictures of cats, this not being an exception :)
ReplyDeleteNot a cat lover eh? Haha ;)
DeleteMy dear Natalie, I fear you need to shave your legs... oh wait... that is your cute kitty fuzzy!! :) Give Morris a squeeze from me :)
ReplyDeleteHaha! If only I had little cute legs like that, it would be nice and warm in wintertime ;P
DeleteVery cute. We are getting a little black puppy soon, and she has 2 paws like that.
ReplyDeleteOh how fun! You'll have to show me the pictures :D
DeleteMorris does make a wonderful subject for legs. So cute!
